Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, signing in, opening the Predicta mobile app, or accessing predicta.tips, you accept these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Predicta you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where the activities discussed (sports predictions, sports betting, in-app purchases related to them) are restricted or unlawful, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

3. What the Service is

Predicta publishes football predictions, betting tips, match statistics and related editorial content. Picks are presented across four tiers:

• Free — visible to everyone on the website and in the app.
• Watch-ad (rewarded) — unlocked in the mobile app after watching a short advertisement.
• Premium — unlocked in the mobile app by spending in-app coins.
• VIP — available to users with an active VIP subscription.

Predictions are informational only. They do not constitute financial advice, a guarantee of any outcome, or an offer to place a bet. All sports betting involves risk, and any decision to place a wager is yours alone.

4. Your account

You sign in with Google or with Apple. You are responsible for keeping the underlying sign-in credentials secure and for any activity that takes place under your Predicta account.

• One account per person.
• Don't share your account or use someone else's sign-in without their permission.
• Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account in the mobile app. Deletion is irreversible and removes your tip purchases, rewarded-ad unlocks, marketplace purchases, gamification state, active subscriptions references, support tickets, notification state and system logs. A minimal referral pairing is preserved so referral credits can't be duplicated by re-registering.

5. Payments and in-app purchases

5.1 Consumables (coins)

Coins are a consumable in-app currency purchased through the App Store or Google Play. They can be used to unlock premium tips and items on our in-app marketplace. Coins have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred off Predicta.

5.2 VIP subscriptions

VIP is an auto-renewing subscription managed through your App Store or Google Play account. Billing, renewals and cancellations are handled by the platform — not by us.

• Your subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period.
• Your VIP benefits remain active until the end of the current paid period.

5.3 Rewarded ads

In the mobile app you can reveal certain premium tips by watching a short advertisement from the rewarded-ad provider. Watch-ad unlocks are tied to your account and cannot be transferred. The advertisement content itself is supplied by third parties; we don't endorse those advertisers.

5.4 Refunds

Refund requests for subscriptions and one-time purchases are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies:

6. Referral program

You may receive a unique referral code to share with friends. When a friend signs up through your code, rewards may be credited to both parties as described in the app. We may adjust reward amounts, cap participation, or revoke rewards for abuse (self-referrals, automated sign-ups, multi-accounting, etc.). Rewards have no cash value.

7. No gambling advice · Responsible play

Predicta is an information service. We are not a licensed bookmaker, financial adviser, or money manager. Sports-betting markets are volatile and past performance does not predict future results. Never bet more than you can afford to lose.

If gambling is affecting your life, please seek help from a local support organisation such as BeGambleAware, Gamblers Anonymous, or equivalent services in your jurisdiction.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — logos, graphics, text, editorial predictions, match commentary, statistics presentations, designs, source code — is owned by Predicta or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• copy, reproduce, publish, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Service's content;
• scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the Service beyond normal human browsing;
• use the Service's content to train a machine-learning model without our prior written consent;
• remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices.

Third-party logos (team and league badges) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Fixture and statistics data is provided by API-Football.

9. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• break the law or encourage others to do so;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• interfere with, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except through our designated security contact;
• use bots, automation, or emulators to generate rewards, referrals, or purchases;
• submit false support tickets or abusive content;
• resell access to premium tips, VIP content, or coin balances.

10. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, the App Store, Google Play, Adapty (in-app purchase infrastructure), Telegram (for opt-in reward integrations), API- Football (fixture and statistics data) and cloud-hosting vendors. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse, or if required by law. You can terminate your own account at any time — see section 4.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We specifically disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy of predictions, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Predicta and its officers, directors, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or losses arising from bets placed in reliance on our predictions — arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid to us (excluding platform fees retained by Apple or Google) in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) EUR 50.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Predicta harmless from any claim, loss, liability or expense — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

15. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may add, remove, or change features of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, notify you through the app or the website before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of a change means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved by the competent courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul Central (Çağlayan), Türkiye — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
